ZAO "MedSil" produces a wide range of the products made from a silicone rubber by the moulding.
Extruded products
- banding for windows of the cars "Triplex";
- gaskets for the stoves and coolers.
Gaskets are made from the heat-resistant silicone rubber, withstanding a temperature up to +300°C.
It is possible to produce gaskets of any shapes under our customers’ requiest.
Porous silicone gaskets
Such gaskets are intended for more suitable and effective sealing of the connecting plugs of the high-temperature units of any kind and also for the noise- and vibra-insulation.
Main technical characteristics
· Operating temperature rate -60/+200-250 °Ñ.
· High environmental resistance.
· Non-toxicity.
· High flexibility.
· Good resistance to the gash growth and compressive strains.
The range of the main physical and mechanical properties:
· Density from 300 kg/m3 and higher;
· Shore hardness À: 5 ? 20;
· Tensile strength: 0,7 ? 2 mPa;
· Percentage elongation at rupture: 250 ? 450 %;
· Percentage residual tensile elongation: 0 ? 8 %.
These products can be produced in the form of long-length bands, tubes, square, segment and other shapes; in the form of ring, formed and combined products, consisting different types of rubber.
