Endoprostheses are intended for intubation of the gullet of patients suffering from malignant or benign stenosed lesion of esophagus and cardia for the purpose of peroral nutrition and prevention of the progress of the stenosis of egophagus and cardia. The endoprotheses have the form of a single-lumen tube having a funnel-shaped extension with a sealed ring and a tapered internal end.

The set of silicone devices for gastric restriction

The set has passed the clinical tests in the National Surgical Medical Center, Moscow State University of Dentistry, St.-Petersburg State Medical University.

The set consists of a silicone deflated balloon in a covering having a check valve, connected with the filling tube, and also a metal guide-wire to give more hardness.
The balloon is supplied together with a catheter for insertion of the non-sterile balloon for single use only.
The balloon is used for weight loss by means of partial filling of the stomach which creates a sense of fullness. All the components of the set are made of bioinert silicone resistant to the aggressive internal environment of the stomach.
