The probes are intended for the forced aspiration of gastric and enteric contents with air flow (the method of N.N.Kanshin).
The probe looks like a smooth double-lumen tube with a diametrical longitudinal dividing wall and a tip. There are several oval apertures in the dividing wall and lateral wall (on the same level) in close vicinity to the tip.

 |
ZKS probe is intended for intestinal contents aspiration associated with the syndrome of intestines failure (paresis and paralyses), carrying out of test researches of condition digesting and aspirating function of gut as well as for long-term enteral alimentation. The probe looks like a smooth two-lumen tube with a flexible radiopaque tip having a jack for a guide. The large (aspiration) lumen has several lateral apertures, the smaller (perfusion) lumen has one lateral aperture. The probe is equipped with demountable tubes.
