Products for general surgery include probes, silicone drainages for digestive tract decompression and aspiration, for the suction of purulent cavities, washing, introduction of nutritious and medicinal substances, test examinations.
Gastroenteric double-lumen combined probes ZZhKK
Developed by JSC MEDSIL in collaboration with Russian University of People Friendship.
Patent 33506.
ZZhKK probes are intended for evacuation of gastric contents under the conditions of gastrostasis and, simultaneously, for enteric gastrogavage, caudally towards Traice ligament The probes provide easy introduction by means of endoscopic equipment minimizing the risk of damaging mucosa of nasopharynx, throat and gastrointestinal tract during the introduction and long-term use.
The gastric (external) lumen is made of silicone rubber and has lateral apertures. The intestinal (internal) channel is made of radiopaque polyurethane that enables radiological control during the probe introduction and for the whole period of its use. At the end of the gastric lumen there is a radiopaque adapter. The intestinal channel has a tip suitable for use with an endoscope. It is possible to introduce the probe by means of a guide wire.
