Silicone tracheal endoprostheses with radiopaque markers

Developed by ZAO MEDSIL in collaboration with the MNIIDiKh (m.d. F.A.Astrakhantsev) and Department of Surgical Deseases no.1 of the I.M.Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy (prof. A.A.Ovchinnikov).

Silicone tracheal endoprostheses are used for dilatation of tracheal stenoses during the period of medical treatment. They can be used in tuberculosis dispensaries, pulmonary departments of hospitals and departments of radiotherapy.

They are made in the form of segmented tubes with supportive lugs on the outer surface and radiopaque markers in the form of strips or lugs.
